All hats are made to order and can take up to 15 weeks to complete.

All sales are final. There are no returns, no refunds, no exchanges and no cancellations on any items so please make sure you chose the correct size and fit to avoid disappointment. If you have made a mistake in the size ordered it may be possible to correct this in the first few weeks after the order is placed but once your hat is in the process of being made this cannot be changed.

In the unlikely event we make a mistake, we will alter the hat free of charge but any alterations needed due to ordering the incorrect size, fit or style will incur a charge to cover such work.

All hats will be shipped with insurance. You agree to co-operate with the claims process and provide information and images to prove any damages to the item. Replacement items will be made and shipped (if required) upon completion of the cliams process with the shipping company

You (the buyer) are responsible for any import tax and fees charged by your country to import your item.
